Mmmac n' Cheese est. 2008 by Jacob Hadjigeorgis is a small shop in Boston's historic Quincy Market that makes really really good mac and cheese. After Jacob promised his mother he would go to law school, his father gave him the money to open a mac n cheese shop...thankfully. The concept was inspired by the popularity of mac and cheese amongst Jacob's tipsy college friends. When the shop first opened he had not a clue what to do and even went as far as blow torching the mac and cheese to give it that "gourmet" touch. He tested and sampled mac and cheese after mac and cheese blends on polite customers until he found the blend that put a smile on people's faces.
