tripadvisorWe stayed in a King Atrium View room for 1 night with a total of $383. Room was clean and modern with what appeared to be new fixtures. The view was of nothing but a black wall. If staying again I would opt for a real window. We loved the location. So easy to take the airport bus to the T and come down 2 stops. The subway station is directly in front of the hotel making it convenient for getting anywhere in the city. Desk staff stored our luggage until check in time. We enjoyed walking to nearby restaurants and exploring on foot. The nearby 7/11 store was closed, but there is a shop down the street if you're looking for a bottle of wine. We would happily return to the Harborside.
MoreOlder building which presents its own charms. Loved the DVD library though did not have time to use it. Comfy bed. Great views. Great housekeeping. Shampoo and body wash is not attached to wall so be prepared for small bottles in room. No conditioner available. One issue we had (as a small group) is NO coffee onsite. The 7-11 Nextdoor was always closed. There is an attached restaurant/bar that we did for breakfast. It was ok with slow service. Hotel should have coffee in rooms. We didn’t have time to go to other places nearby to find it. Would have given an extra star for coffee.
Moreit was such a great place to stay. we had the best room.the beds are so soft and they have a fancy bar. they have a ice machine,a bathroom all in the basement and you have a bathroom in your room to. you should totally come to Harbor side inn.
MoreMy family and I spent 5 days at the Harborside Inn at the end of August 2026. All went well, staff was friendly until check out. As there is no onsite parking at the Harborside, upon check in we were told to use 75 State Street parking garage around the corner as the hotel has a deal with them and we'd receive a 50% discount. Upon check out, the staff did not clearly explain how to use the discount coupon. At the parking garage the machine prompted us to scan the coupon and then provide our credit card - which we did. The discount was not applied and we ended up getting charged $80/nt for parking! The only staff at the garage was a bookkeeper who told us to speak to the Hotel about getting our discount corrected. We headed back to the hotel we were told by staff that it was our fault and they would NOT help us. They told us to deal with the garage. We were SO shocked that the hotel would not assist us AT ALL. They told us it was our problem and should of understood what the staff was saying about the coupon. They DID NOT offer any help and truly didn't care that we were charged $80 a night for parking, when we were told it would be $39/nt. (We are from Canada and we ended up paying more for parking that a plane ticket would of cost!) All we wanted was to pay the amount of the rate we were told at check in. We didn't want it for free. The garage and hotel received our extra money and both were fine with that. We were so shocked that no one lifted a finger to help us, we even asked to speak to the Manager at the hotel and were told he'd call us - of course he never did. We spoke to the Manager at the garage after we returned home, and he said it was the responsibility of the hotel. Such a disappointment - its so sad to see businesses trying to get whatever they can from the guests that wanted to stay and spend their money at their business. It made me wonder where that extra money went to?? Who knows how often this happens and how these deals really operate? My advice is to stay elsewhere (hotel and parking garage) or at least BEWARE of parking charges. We will NEVER stay there again.
MoreThis hotel has a great location. Tube stop right outside and only 2 stops away from the airport. The rooms are ok but nothng special, I thought for the cost you would have least got bottled water or Tea/Coffee facilities. Yes they do have a dvd player and VSH with a wall full of old films to watch. Unable to watch Tv as network lost signal and our toilet decided it did'nt want to flush on the final night.
