tripadvisorTruly I think you willStruggle to find any thing as specialas this place in many parts of the world. It is a real gem with a small number of high quality rooms all the amenities you will need in your room with fantastic views over the harbour. The staff are some of the best we have come across on our travel and the breakfasts servers in the rooms are just magical. You will really find it difficulty to match this placed we loved it.
MoreI loved this place. A lot of attractions within walking distance or a ferry ride. It was great being on the water and the room was well appointed. The breakfast delivered to the room every morning was great! You pick from their breakfast menu and the time you want it delivered. Awesome! The staff was great. Will definitely return if in the area.
MoreWhether it's your first time or your a seasoned veteran visiting Boston, I can't think of a better place to stay in the city than the Boston Yacht Haven Inn & Marina. Your a few minutes of walking to the Aquarium T Station where you can buy yourself a T Pass and get anywhere you want in the city on the subways and buses. You are right in the North End and a 8 minute walk from the best Italian restaurants, Mike's Pastry, Modern Pastry, Boston Sail Loft and parts of the freedom trail. Your close enough to downtown you can experience all Boston has to offer but also tucked away in a quiet part of the harbor. It's like your own special world. Also, let me just say, the staff is AMAZING! So helpful and friendly. The breakfast is delicious. The Room is beautiful and super comfortable. The view of the harbor is incredible. I was here with a wife and three teenage kids in one room and we were totally comfortable and we all LOVED it! This will forever be the number one choice on my list of where to stay while staying in Boston.
MoreThis was a lovely hotel that suited our needs perfectly for our Boston Stay. From the moment we arrived we was greeted by Jo who was so friendly and helpful explaining everything we needed to know for our stay. Our room was so big and comfortable and the WiFi was excellent enabling us to stay in touch with home. There is complimentary hot drinks in the Captains lounge as well as fresh baked cookies each day. The bed was super comfortable and there was a breakfast delivered to our room each morning. Just make your selection the night before and it's delivered to your room at the time you select. The freh fruit and Omlets were so good as was the yoghurt and oats and advocardo on toast. The staff here are so welcoming and as well as Jo there was Maureen who both covered the front desk on days and Wesley who was a great guy covering the night shift. Was so nice to get and nice greeting from anyone of them after a day's walking. They were always there with a welcoming smile and a nice hello. The breakfast was delivered by a really nice man each morning and sorry never got his name. One morning we had a very early start and he made us a breakfast to go. Overall this was a lovely hotel close to the harbour and South Station and within easy walking distance of the freedom trail which we did. I would highly recommend this hotel as a great place to stay in Boston and would be very happy to stay here again, just to come and say hi to Wesley again :0)
MoreHusband and I were looking forward to this for my big 50th! Matt and Maureen were great! They saved a parking spot for us, which we needed because of a medical necessity. They also had a bottle of champagne waiting for us to celebrate with. They went above and beyond. Stunning location!
