We had the pleasure of a 3-day stay, which included a wedding reception at the hotel. The hotel, setting, and service were exceptional. The staff were incredibly professional and attentive. We’d love to come back!

Amazing stay at the hotel\! From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional.The valet staff and bellman were so cordial, welcoming, and helpful .A special shout out to Nathan, the chef concierge, and Keith, the guest relations manager. We experienced some noise from the office area of the building, and both were incredibly attentive and quick to address the issue, making sure my husband could enjoy a peaceful nap.I was genuinely impressed by how caring and thoughtful they were. It’s the little things that make a stay truly memorable, and their outstanding service made all the difference. After all, a nap is a luxury for some of us! Thank you for making our stay so wonderful!

Stayed Saturday night to celebrate 45 years of marriage. Parking in hotel garage went smooth and reasonably priced. Front desk was friendly and efficient. Booked through Am Ex and everything was as promised. Room was well appointed, clean, and quiet. Great view of Boston Harbor. Had a drink at Dark Bar. Server was friendly and working a busy room with ease. Room service came as promised. Had lunch with family in Sea Grille. Highly recommend tuna poke. Dandelions has delicious, coffee, pastries in a relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend and will return again. John

My husband and I stayed at Boston Harbor Hotel on our wedding night in August and I am just finally getting around to writing this review! I was overall very impressed and happy with our stay. The room was spotless and modern and the bed was comfortable. There were small luxurious touches such as an iPad on the bedside table for contacting concierge or ordering room service, fresh water put on our bedside tables at night, and little gifts of fancy lotion and chocolate. They even provided a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries for us to come back to on our wedding night! These touches are what made our stay feel really special! We ordered room service breakfast the day after and the service and food were excellent! The only note of constructive criticism I will provide is regarding the front desk staff. Upon check-in, I had plenty of bags and one staff member offered to bring them up to our room. I had an event to go to after checking in and was on a time crunch, but assumed they would be up with my bags quickly. I waited in my room for 20 minutes before finally going to the lobby and asking if I could just bring up my own bags. The staff were standing behind the desk talking amongst each other (not helping a customer) and my bags were still sitting there. at that point one staff member quickly brought them up but it was frustrating that it took me going down to the lobby again and asking.Overall though, an excellent stay and I would absolutely return.

Best hotel I've ever stayed at - service was impeccable from start to finish, room was elegant and had everything you could want and more, and the place was spotless (to the point I used the provided sandals to keep the carpet perfect myself). The bed was incredibly comfortable and I slept like a log. I will always choose this hotel during my stays in Boston.
