We stayed for 6 nights in October 2026 and genuinely couldn’t fault this hotel at all. Staff were excellent - especially concierge who were friendly, welcoming and helpful with everything from directions to booking a cab. We had a room on the 19th floor with beautiful views. The room was large, comfortable, clean & quiet. House keeping services excellent. The location is brilliant - a few minutes from South Station, on the orange line & within walking distance of all main sites. We hired a car for a couple of days and used the self parking on site - it was approximately $40 for overnight parking but plenty available, secure & really convenient. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Boston and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

MoreTotally not worth the money, Overpriced, and charged more than $100 per day in additional fees. The hotel is old and not well maintained. The first night my bed was missing some sheets. Ended up paying over $800 per day including parking.
