This place is very unprofessional. The past two times we’ve been here, they’re opened at least 30 minutes late.

Worst experience ever. Horrible staff. Had to watch out drinks. Avoid if you don't want to get roofied

Staff is rude at the bars : completely ignore you and don’t listen correctly to the drink order. The table girls randomly let people not paid sit at tables kick other people out. Security I not in the second level so people come up there to act crazy. There is wet spills everywhere of drinks not cleaned up so anyone can fall. Toilets no one flushes and the lady just sits there making sure they are fluahed. Dress is not followed and people allowed in shorts and tshirts

I visited Royale Boston with a group of friends for their Halloween event. Despite our excitement and coming dressed for the occasion, we were denied entry, even though others who arrived after us were allowed in. This left us feeling unwelcome and disappointed. This was the first time I faced Racism in USA.

What a NIGHTMARE!! A few girlfriends and I went there last night & I don't even know where to begin.To start things off, the security guy at the front door was BEYOND arrogant. Lucky for him, someone yelled out to him & we found out his name is Matt-- Talk about someone with shortmans complex & a rancid attitude. The guy was extremely rude to my friends and I & barely checked our ID's. Once we got inside, a few of us ran to the bathroom & -- WHAT A JOKE!!!! I would rather use a public portapotty than to ever step foot in that bathroom again.If you're looking for a good night out, and you want nice door men, clean bathrooms & a good time, this ain't it!!!!Bottom line: Save your money. All things considered, a better bar shouldn't be hard to find.
