We stayed at this hotel prior to our cruise. Was very disappointed in the noise level and the lack of concern when I shared my disappointment. We stayed in room 117 and the noice in the hallway from people talking and the slamming of the main door leading into the hallway kept both my wife and I up all night.

Much improved from a stay here a few years ago! Rooms are extremely clean and completely renovated with beautiful walk in showers. Free breakfast was great and items continued to be stocked even up to ½ hour before closing. Staff were very helpful, even recommending a delicious pizza delivery place nearby….Avenue Grille. Parking is an extra $20 but we were able to leave the car till 10 p.m. on the day we checked out. Took a 5 minute walk to the Andrew Square T station and explored Boston for the rest of the day. Parking in the city would be double that and it is crazy driving in the city traffic!

The hotel is comfortable and the staff was very nice. The Hotel is near the subway making it accessible to all sights in Boston. It is next to a mall so if you forgot something it is Okay. The hotel was clean and the price was right

Clean, quiet, and conveniently located off major highway. Many stores and restaurants nearby. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was a good size for the four of us to stay comfortably. Free breakfast was yummy!!

If you are a disabled person or are traveling with one don’t bother staying here. This hotel doesn’t enforce any kind of parking regulations, they let ANYONE park in the disabled parking without the proper permits. It is rediculous to come in at 6pm and not have use of the disabled parking spaces and when u inquire about it the staff tells u that there’s a party somewhere in the hotel then look at u like it’s not their problem that your wife has Parkinson’s and can barely walk. Of the 3 nights we stayed we had to park far away from the entrance because ppl were parked WITHOUT ANY kind of disabled permits. Will NEVER stay here ever again!!
