Travelling in from Europe on a long flight with the international telephone calling the number that’s given to organise a pick up to the Hotel had to call twice both times it to took me at least five minutes to get through the artificial intelligence that never worked and twice when I did manage to speak to a human they didn’t know where the pickup was or how to organise it so when one of them suggested I can give a number to dial then I took the number and it was the exact same number that I had dialled that’s given on their website, so if you’re looking for an easy airport, Hotel, this is not it be warned

Not the cleanest, but the staff is nice. There was clear water damage in the ceiling of the bathroom and the room surely shows its age.

I used Trivago to book and pay in advance with Logan Marriott Courtyard in Boston. You have to use same credit card that you prepaid when checking in - I did - they had my reservation but it had not been paid to the hotel. I had to pay again - Trivago customer servies are poor - I am now $750 down but I will fight them. Never use Trivago, How Jurgen Klopp can endorse them I will never know. The hotel staff were as helpful as they could be but still charged me a lot more than my original booking. The hotel itself has friendly staff but is very tatty and next to a main road. Fairly noisy. I enjoyed the breakfast - room was clean.

I often stay at this hotel for the night before I fly out the next day. It used to be a great hotel and was very reasonable for around $200 a night and it had free parking. This Courtyard location at Logan Airport has lost its way. The nightly rate is now $300 a night and with tax and other charges, a nightly stay here is now $360 a night and parking is $25 a day. The owners of this franchise have gotten disgustingly greedy. This is not a $360 a night hotel. If you want to spend $360 a night for turn-of-the-century abject poverty, this is the hotel for you.It is run down and there are no close restaurants in the area. We did eat at the Courtyard's restaurant, and the poor server was by herself. She was servicing 25 tables. I gave her a good tip since the owners of this franchise do not care about its employees. I strongly suggest considering other hotels at and near Logan airport. This place has lost its way. There is a Marriott Towne Place with shutter service and two very nice Hiltons which also has shutter service to and from the airport. These hotels are very reasonable. By the way, this hotel has a shutter. We were told that someone would pick us up in 15 minutes, but no one showed for 50 minutes.I have stayed at this Courtyard over 20 times over the years. This last stay will be my last one. Marriott Corporate Headquarters should do a surprise inspection of this Courtyard. I love the Marriott chain and am a Titanium member, but this place will never see me again. I plan to stay away from this property like it was the plague. They should be a shame of themselves ripping off customers and creating a very poor experience for a titanium member. By the way, I was just in Berlin, Germany, and stayed at the Marriott in Berlin, which was a few blocks from the Brandenburg Gate, and had 20 to 30 restaurants in a 4-block walk and the cost was in the low $200 per night. I have been unable to speak with anyone regarding my bill situation for a stay Sept. 19 -20. I have now been billed over $1400 for this one night stay. Five charges, and today a sixth. When we checked out, we asked the bill be split in two. They charged my friend the whole amount, and me, five charges totalling $1200. I spent nearly two hours on the phone after I got back from my trip. They said this was normal and the charges would drop off today, when the accounting manager came in. I was charged an additional $187.00 today, so am up to $1400 in charges when it should have ben $187.00. I was transferred by Lisa (she said she was the front desk mgr) to Corey Lambert's phone number when I asked for it and left a detailed voice mail. She also transferred me to Corey Lambert, who she said was the GM and I left a detailed message. I did not hear back from him and cannot find his email number online. Every time I call the Courtyard Marriott Boston number I am on hold for a lengthy time (I am on hold now). I am a VERY loyal Marriott member and this treatment is outrageous. In addition. our room was on the 9th floor with a VERY noisy highway below. The fan was broken in our room so we were up all night listening to highway. Worst treatment I have ever received after 30 years as a loyal Marriott Member. Not to mention SIX charges on my credit card.
