Got Overcharge on my credit card... I don't have time to fix this. Here is what you guys deserve ! Watch out of this everyone

Nice hotel that I had previously stayed in. However, for my upcoming visit I was taken advantage of with an inflated/non-refundable pricing scam. I booked directly through Hyatt and not through a third party service. The hotel informed me that I should book early because they would be full during FIFA events in June 2026. Unfortunately, I fell for their story and in December 2025 booked overpriced/non-refundable rooms for my group. Now, in May, room prices have dropped to half what we originally paid and rooms are completely refundable. Obviously, no sense of urgency should have been implied, but I was naive enough to think they were being honest with me. Today, 5/27/26, I contacted the hotel directly about their misinformation, but they seem to take pride in having scammed me with their sense of urgency in booking. - Live and learn.

Nice surprise to have a smaller than expected hotel. Terrific views, good restaurant, very close to airport, great staff.

The Hilton at Boston Airport is consistently high quality, good price and excellent service. After 20 years of coming here, the rooms are always clean, excellently maintained and the staff and food always great. We often take the water taxi into the historic district for a short visit which is super convenient to the hotel. Overall, we can’t recommend this hotel enough!

Smelled bad, customer service was terrible for families…
