Reviews
tripadvisorExceptional service at this gem of a hotel in downtown Denver. Formally the Colorado National Bank, this particular Rennaissance Hotel has transformed into a stunning property! The Alan Tupper True murals are a sight to behold. The service was absolutely exceptional – kudos to the front desk staff as well as the valet staff who are prompt, kind, and courteous. Shout out to Valet attendants Michael, Marissa and Dalton. Thank you all for working so hard!
MoreGreat place. Well priced. Lots of history. The details mattered. Great location. But the good personality at check in was the best
MoreGreat location in a historic landmark. Beds are comfortable.
MoreGood value, clean rooms friendly and attentive staff. No attention to platinum elite. For the second year we have no access to upgraded room to platinum benefits. This 5 night value is non existent.
MoreHotel is centrally located and close to a lot of things. Also, the hotel help me create a special moments for my nephew who was Turing 10 yrs during g our stay. It was very nice of them to go above and beyond.Only bad experience was at the bar. The bartender (female) was rude and seems to purposely ignore me. She will serve everyone around me, but me. So not sure what was that about, I don’t want to say it was discrimination, but sure felt like it. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here, I’ll just avoid the bar.
