We booked the hotel for day use only but enjoyed our stay here. The front desk was friendly and helpful. Location was convenient. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Stayed end Aug to help move my daughter into Boston U. Location: 20 mins walking distance over a bridge to BU dorm WT. We had to take an uber to move in. Temp at end Aug was very warm. Take comfortable sneakers. Same compound as Trader Joes and a Microcenter (tech store). The closest Train station (T)is central station 20 mins walking. this will take you to south station in about 10 mins and from South Station you can get the commuter rail, the bus station and to the airport. Positives: Bed is very comfortable. No noise heard. I thought I had lost a gold chain but housekeeping must have found it in the sheets and left it on desk for me when I returned. Brewed coffee which is ok is available in lobby after 630am. (better than in room coffee).A $32/day destination fee is charged and then you are given vouchers to use in japanese rest or breakfast, however, you still end up paying the taxes on the meal. We had problems using the business center computer one day to print a document, as it kept restarting (so leave some extra time for this). Gym is very small and only 1 weight machine.

Will not recommend. We were hit with a $32 destination fee which we didn’t agree on. Then they give you a $32 cruder to use at the bistro that we didn’t use. Reached out to the front desk and was told that the fee was bonded into the contract with TripAdvisor. Searching everywhere and didn’t see such thing. We were still disputing the charge and requesting a refund for that amount

We resided at the courtyard for two weeks in late February and early March 2026. The stay proved challenging for our family, as I was frequently away and my husband had to care for our 13‑month‑old daughter entirely on his own. We are deeply grateful for the exceptionally kind assistance we received from Sandra at the front desk, David from the restaurant, and Ace from the security team. They made us feel welcomed and supported, and brought us great joy. We look forward to return and sincerely hope to see them in person again.

Overall great location! Not far from the city at all and parking available on site for 43$. Totally worth it to be honest! We didn’t notice until morning our sheets had some what looked like coffee stains- but since we didn’t notice sooner we didn’t put forth a complaint. Quiet and polite staff. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing.
