Location is decent, and the view from the top floor (8th) on the canal side is great. This is a very basic place. Has easy access to a mall area and food court. No coffee maker or any extras in the room. Rooms are decent and spacious.

This was our second stay here. It was better this time. Front desk was helpful and accommodating. The room was large comfortable and clean. They made our pups feel welcome. The bathroom was large and there was plenty of hot water. We were able to cool the room down nice at night and leave the fan on for constant background sound which was nice. The room was quiet and no street noise could be heard. Parking is easy and reasonable. Overall great stay.

Stayed here for two nights using Chase Reserve hotel booking, that also includes room upgrade if available (it was not), breakfast for two, $100 property credit and free internet. We got a room on the top 8th floor, which was clean, functional, with comfy bed and nice pillows. Bathroom was a bit small, but everything worked and shower was great. The real issue we had was breakfast, as during check in we were not informed that reservations are basically a must, so when we went to the breakfast at 8.45am, there was a long line and we were told to come back in 20 minutes, then it took another 20 minutes to get our avocado breads and tea. We then tried to reserve a table for second day (Sunday), but all reservations until 12.15pm were already booked, as appearently they only take four to five reservations per hour. So we tried to get there even earlier (8am), but same story as previous day, despite many empty tables we were not given a table and told it will be 20 minute wait, so we opted for takeaway (again took 20 minutes for 2 avocado breads), but eating in a room is a bit odd. Not the treatment one could expect when paying south of 400 bucks for the night.

We loved our experience at the Kimpton Marlowe in Cambridge MA. Our room was roomy and everything was convenient. Specifically we liked that the room was set up for two people. There was two Bath Robes, adequate space for two suitcases, enough room in the bathroom for our two sets of toiletry items

Lovely stay hotel very welcoming from the start. Really enjoyed the social hour with lovely wines, staff and book style games for children which made them feel welcome too (my son especially loved the chess board table!) Shout out to Chanel in Bambara, she was so attentive for the two nights we dined in the restaurant, and they catered well for my Daughters food allergies without making a fuss. Nice sized room, lovely clean powerful shower. Didn’t have maid service decided to go Green Engage :-) and picked up some extra points instead.Excellent location of hotel, in a beautiful part of Boston near the river, we also liked the sneaky lift to the mall! Would definitely stay again. Thank you!o
