I LOVE the BVS! I have only been to a few events but they never disappoint. They are usually group tables so you usually end up sitting with people you've never met before which is great, you have...

BVS is a great organization. They have a newsletter and website for lazy people like me that tells you all about new veggie restaurants, monthly cooking classes, and other local veggie events....

The regulars are devoted but cliquey, and I find the get togethers very unfriendly. Useful website and calendar of events.
