This property is a bare bones minimum, budget oriented facility. With that being said, I’ll mention the positives first. Our room was clean and our bed was comfortable. The room looked like it had been recently updated. The location is good with decent restaurants close by, and it is a short distance from the airport. The shuttle was prompt both coming and going with courteous drivers. Here are the negatives: Our room was in the back, facing the traffic, so there was quite a bit of traffic noise. You cannot get into this motel without going up stairs. We had large check-in sized luggage and this was an inconvenience. Our room was upstairs and there is no elevator, so if you’re traveling with anything but a carry-on or backpack, you’re going to have to schlep your luggage up and down stairs. With a one night stay and 12 days of parking, it is a very cost effective facility, with the local competitors charging double and triple . The hotels around Logan book up early during peak travel periods, so my advice is to find an overnight facility with parking as soon as you know your travel dates, so you don’t get stuck staying in a facility that may not be up to your standards.

Booked for the park and stay package. The one night stay and week long parking for a cruise cost us less than parking at the port itself. It's not a Marriott but I don't understand the horrible reviews. It doesn't have an elevator but it is only one flight of steps up or one down because you kind of enter in the middle floor. Our room was clean and had plenty of towels. Beds and shower were fine. Staff were all courteous. People complained about the parking area and made it sound like it's far away. It is literally 50 feet away (silver jeep)directly across the street. We could see it from our window. Uber is $30 to the port and about a 20 minute drive. I think we paid $240 total for a Saturday night and 7 days parking. Area is fine as well. If you are looking for a decent place to sleep before the cruise and parking I would recommend it. Crazy how people book a rodeway inn but expect 5 star luxury.

I booked this hotel specifically because it advertised an airport shuttle from Logan. When I arrived late in the evening and called the hotel, I was told the shuttle was no longer operating, so I had to take an Uber that cost about $40.When I arrived at the room, the condition was unacceptable. The bed appeared dirty and the toilet had not been flushed and contained human waste, which strongly suggested the room had not been properly cleaned before being assigned to a guest. The television in the room was also not functioning.I documented the room condition on video immediately upon arrival and reported the issue to corporate through Choice Hotels, who opened a case regarding the stay.Travelers should be aware that the shuttle availability may be limited late at night, and based on my experience I would recommend confirming both shuttle hours and room condition before choosing this property.

Poor planning on our part. Price was ok and had a shuttle, but it’s 3 stories and no elevator! Would not recommend anyone with any mobility issues to stay here. Also, they have an additional $15 tourism fee added to hotel rates.
