This is The Church of the Presidents, they call it, because John Adams and John Quincy Adams (and their wives Abigail and Louisa) are buried there. Admission is free, but they suggest a $6 donation per adult. They give you a tour of the crypt where you can see their tombs, they show you John Quincy Adams' family pew, and they show you some plaques and things dedicated to the various Adams family members. It's about a 30 minute tour. They also tell you about the Adams family visiting the church as their personal church over the years.

It's a great church. Good tour. You have to see the presidents. The town is quaint and worth the stop.

Just across the street from the park service visitors center, and surrounded by a lovely urban park with statues of John and Abigail Adams as well as John Hancock, this is not to be missed! For the suggested donation, our family had a lovely private tour of the church, just walking in off the street. We sat in the Adams family pew, learned about the role John Adams and John Quincy Adams had in building this beautiful church, and ample time to privately visit the tombs of John, Abigail, John Quincy, and Louisa Adams. The historic cemetery just across from the church is also worth a visit with graves from the Hancock and Adams family and other figures. This was so easy, inspiring, and interesting to visit!

Neat tour of not one, but two Presidents' graves (John and John Quincy Adams)! The $5 donation was worth the hour-long docent-lead tour. It was informative about the church itself as well as the Adams family.

The Church was very family and traveler friendly. Lots of American history front and center, but most of all peaceful and conducive to prayer.
