tripadvisorI honestly don’t know how this hotel gets away with calling this “hospitality.” From the moment I arrived, the service was disappointing. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping, and whenever I had a question or concern, I felt like I was bothering them. For the price they charge, I expected at least basic customer service and professionalism. Instead, I left feeling frustrated and completely ignored. What should have been a relaxing stay turned into an experience I would rather forget.
MoreWe booked around 15 rooms for a group of 25 here for a sports competition and spent a significant amount of money. The fire alarm in our room malfunctioned and kept going off through the night for two nights straight, wrecking our sleep before we had to compete. It wasn't fixed until day three. When we raised it, management refused to refund any part of those two nights and denied any responsibility, hiding behind the fact that these are life-saving devices. Nobody disputes that alarms matter. The point is a device in our room failed for two nights, they were slow to fix it, and their response was to shrug and offer nothing. For a group that booked 15 rooms, it was a petty and dismissive way to treat guests. If you want a hotel that actually cares about your stay, this isn't it. I won't be staying with Best Western again, and especially not this one. Avoid.
MoreWe were in Boston to take a harbor cruise and go to the observation deck at the Prudential center. This location looked appealing to us on the website. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. We were located on the Neponset river and were very happy with the accommodations available and the breakfast. We did not have occasion to eat at Adam‘s pub on this visit..
MoreWe had an excellent experience here. If you want to stay near Neponset Point or that area of Dorchester, it is by far the most affordable option. But beyond that, it is clean, well-maintained, and has an exceptional staff. Special thanks to Jason at the front desk, who managed to extend our one-week stay by one day seamlessly. Everyone greets you with a smile, and the free breakfast includes decent hot items. We will definitely be back.
MoreThis was our second time hosting a family event in their function room, and once again the service was outstanding. Our Catering Sales Manager, Tori Vitikos, did a fabulous job planning and coordinating the event from start to finish. The menu options were excellent, and the food arrived hot and got rave reviews from our guests.Tori and her staff went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome, adding thoughtful touches that made the event feel truly special. The function room itself was pristine and beautiful, with a waterfront view we could step out and enjoy — and even the bathrooms were spotless.Highly recommend this venue for any event!
