Reviews
tripadvisor$500 a night, and they only give you two bottles of water per night. You have got to be kidding me. The bottles are 10 cents each probably. Two people need more than a bottle each.
MoreLocation fab but overall experience not good
MoreThis is my second time at this particular Sheraton, the last time was exactly 2 years ago, while they were undergoing a renovation. I got a new room on that last trip, but the rest of the property wasn’t completed at that time. My review from that visit was ultimately removed from a review site, which makes no sense, as my issues on that visit were mostly based on service. The room I got this time was a duplicate of the room I got the last time, which was pretty decent. My issue I had the last time was with checking in and when I came in this time, getting there really early, I sensed a similar interaction from the lady checking me in, but I misinterpreted her demeanor as she ended up being pretty helpful. She got me a room and actually did provide service with a smile.Once I got to the room, the TV in the bedroom area didn’t work, it had lots of cables hanging from under it. The light by the bed also kept turning off and back on every few minutes, which was really annoying, and the shower had very low water pressure. So, the next morning, after our showers, I called the front desk and let them know about these issues. When we got back later that day, the room was made up and all those issues were resolved! The room was pretty clean and definitely comfortable. We had one of their suites that had a separate living room and king bedroom, which is nice to have when shopping and wanting to spread out. The staff we encountered throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful, especially the staff working in the drive-up area.We loved the convenience of this property, as it’s easy to get anywhere in the Copley Square area via indoor walkways, which is nice during inclement weather. Definitely will stay here again!
MoreIt wasn't a bad hotel, just a hotel that needed a little love. The staff was great, location was great and the rooms decent. I think I had a rough time with the bed and pillows. But overall, it was ok for the 2 nights I stayed.
MoreWe stayed here one night. The hotel is large and very modern. It is a great location for exploring the Boston on foot. We wished that the room and the bathroom were a little bigger. We liked that the hotel was connected to the Prudential Center and Copley Place Mall which is a giant area of shopping and food. The morning breakfast was good.
