MoreThis hotel is in a great location and surprisingly very quiet for a busy city. Huge difference on noise level when you close the window. We heard no other noises in the hotel even with a restaurant on the main level. Service is wonderful and quick to help. The suite was spacious for our family of 5. Check in at 1am was not a problem. Umbrellas are available for your convenience and they kindly stored our bags after check out for a little more sightseeing. The exterior of the hotel is beautiful. Now for what didn’t work as well- the carpet in our room was stained and looked dirty, furnishings felt overused and dated, the bathroom is small and there was a musty smell in our room from the moment we got there. That may have just been our room but since we got in so late and spent such little time in the room itself we didn’t ask to be changed. With how responsive the service was I’m guessing they would have been accommodating had we asked.
MoreBathroom was too small and poorly designed; for example, shelves were directly over the toilet so items could easily fall in, and the tiny soap holder in the shower left nowhere to place other products (razor, hair gel, etc.). Bed and room were comfortable but WiFi was spotty and we had to spend half an hour on the phone with your tech expert to be able to cast to the tv from the phone. Room service requests were very promptly accommodated which was much appreciated. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, pleasant and helpful - great staff!
MoreThis is a great located hotel , it is well organised , everyone is helpful and they all deliver a first class service.Every member of the staff delivered , special mention to the reception booking in staff , Faeq on the main door and Joseph who was on afternoon/night reception , they all went that extra bit to make us welcome and safe.I would recommend this hotel.
