tripadvisorI booked this hotel very last minute and it was such a gem!! So historic and cozy! I felt right at home and Gabby (at the desk) was such a pleasure! I would love to come back and stay longer :) Highly recommend!!!
MoreRoom was very cozy, felt like a home away from home. Everything was clean and fresh smelling. The front desk was very accommodating and courteous. The green line subway is right out front as well; giving you easy access to the entire city. I couldn't recommend a better place to stay!
MoreWe stayed at the Inn June of 2026. I made the reservation in the fall of 2025. When I called to book I requested a room for 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) when I received my confirmation it was for a king room. I immediately emailed the hotel to clarify we were a family of 4 and the king room would not work. I received an email back stating they had us booked in a king room and an additional room with two beds. When we checked in they only provided the king room. The hotel staff was unresponsive and unable to accommodate our family. I spoke to the front desk, I called, I emailed and followed up. Not once have a received a response. I would not recommend.
MoreRooms were nice, staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is convenient for walking. Would recommend for shorter stay.
MoreVery pleasant stay for a night. Had a really lovely sleep and shower and other things. Prime location for food and getting around, if you have any problems with sleeping through train noises, this place may not be for you. But the sounds to me - as someone who enjoys city noises, and has slept through the E line in Mission Hill on Huntington - were nothing. Very clean and no complaints there. Good service and a nice little area in the front with some food and a microwave which was very helpful. For how much we spent, it was pretty worth it. Not accessible unfortunately, and be prepared to do some stairs, but the old Boston building was also kind of nice. The TV in our room was also huge and we were able to log into our streaming services!
