Experienced very good service by the hotel staff, especially those behind the front desk, in a well maintained hotel. All services worked well even, when the hotel was full. The breakfast arrangements need some improvement.

Love this hotel, the staff and, management. They serve real breakfasts and take pride in their omelet station for good reason. Coffee, both Decaf and Caffeinated is very good. They have a comfortable dining area.The pool area has outside grills for folks who stay. Summers there are lovely.Every room I stay is clean, if something does not work, they will address it.A full kitchen IS a full kitchen. Setting for 4, pots and pans , microwave , fill stove, dishwasher and a BIG refrigerator and nice size kitchen.Sooooo comfortable.

Great stay overall as expected. Great location near shopping, bars and restaurants. No complaints whatsoever...everything I needed for a 3 night stay. Nice small bar with snacks after a long day. Check in and out was simple. I would definitely stay here again if we visit the area again.

The staff at the reception are friendly.The entire hotel foyer, its rooms need a facelift.Noisy aircon.The foyer stinks.

Hotel was average. We requested room to be serviced and didn't get it. Had to go down and get coffee. Asked for a new luggage rack - the one in the room was broken. Never got it. Breakfast was sub-par! The sausage was nasty. Potatoes soggy. Fruit compote was a watery mess.
