Reviews
tripadvisorGood hotel. Convenient location, good size room, coffee machine, fridge. Nice front desk.
MoreMixed bag experience. Pretty standard Courtyard. Clean, quiet and comfortable enough. After check in, I asked the gentleman at the front desk if I could have a bottle of water to take to my room. “We don’t offer complimentary bottled water.” I’m a Marriott Lifetime Platinum Member and the room rate was in the mid $200’s. If you can’t offer your guests a complimentary $1.50 of bottled water, well isn’t that just great! During my multi-day stay, my business plans changed and I needed to stay in the area one extra night. I asked the woman at the front desk if I could add another night. Yes, but the rate increased by $50 “because it was a Tuesday”. That’s fine, there are about 5 other hotels in the immediate area who’d like my business for the extra night, so I checked out of the Courtyard.
MoreGood location, very practical and spacious rooms, plenty of parking outside or underground, attentive staff members. Fitness center, pool and snack bar/restaurant are very basic. Only things to note are 1) the elevators are very slow, 2) no more free water bottles when checking in (but a nice water cooler at the front door to fill your own up), and 3) you have to turn left out of the hotel and drive a rather circuitous route to get to the major intersection that you overlook (so give yourself a couple of extra minutes for travel)
MoreI think the 4 star is a fair rating. Overall, it is consistent in quality with Courtyard hotels and the staff is very pleasant. Parking is free, there is no free breakfast but they do have a nice small food counter where you can purchase food and eat on nearby table. They have a small pool and gym. So why not 5 stars? We've stayed here 3 times.1) The hotel is a bit awkward to get to off the highway2) Parking is a bit annoying. They have spots int he front but they always fill up so you have to park in the back and its. few mins walk back to the front desk3) Housekeeping could be better. They did not refill the body wash when we checked in. We asked to refill and they did but should have done before check in. Also the iron did not work but they replaced it. Its not the end of the world but sadly not 5 star worthy.4) beds are a bit soft. Some reviews loves it but its too soft for us.So why do we stay? Close to the highway, Costco and child's college nearby,
MoreExcellent Hotel and staff were very nice but what was the most impressive thing was the assistance they offered after I had left! I left something important in my room and they were so efficient in their response, posted it (internationally), there was a mix up re customs and it ended up being sent back to them and they posted it again-free of charge. Really helpful responses from Erin, Dan, Grace and Kaitlyn-thank you! Would highly recommend
