Arranged an absolutely beautiful business trip and tour of Rhode Island with Met Boston Limo! I can't thank their staff enough for their attention and care, and for ensuring every aspect of our trip was flawless. We are a women-owned hedge fund based out of New York and were visiting Rhode Island for the first time. As an Exec. Assistant to an entire Leadership team, I handle all business and corporate travel. I work remotely, so it's difficult to know what's actually happening real-time when I book things. I spoke with the owner (Natasha?) who was great and created a trip itinerary for me and basically told me what would be best. The feedback I got from our team about the driver Larry was he was professional and very polite. He drove from Rhode Island to NY and back to take our team for a series of off-site meetings and then to a tour of the Rhode Island mansions by the sea. He recommended a local seafood restaurant for dinner, my CEO really appreciated that and his knowledge of the area and smooth driving made everyone feel really comfortable.On one of the pick-ups, the meeting went late and the group was texting trying to figure out how to make the next appointment without leaving the first meeting too soon. Before I could even feel the stress of the situation, my Met Boston account manager called me asking if she should send a second SUV to make sure the rest of the team got to the next meeting on-time. I ended up booking another SUV to take a few of the women who were not needed to the next meeting. Without this help, it could have cascaded into everyone missing several meetings and wasting the trip. Thank you Met Boston Limo, will definitely keep booking.
