FCFW is an all women's fitness club that has been in business for over 30 years. We offer 40 group fitness classes per week and a full fitness room where you can work out on your own or with a personal trainer. Our goal is to provide women of every age with overall wellness. We have dance classes for children starting at age 2, senior classes, and the latest fitness classes for beginners through advanced (Spinning, Zumba, Barre, Yoga, Pilates, Capoeira, Bosu, Muscle Conditioning and more). Our facility offers a warm and friendly atmosphere where any woman can feel comfortable and get the assistance they need to reach their own personal goals.
