We were attracted by the description of jewelry and wine, a compelling pairing! And, we left with both. The jewelry was original and artistic and then we went into the wine area and Aaron was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, as he had participated in some of the winemaking, and helpful. We had an entirely lovely time because of the ambience, fine quality jewelry and wine, and friendliness of the staff. We look forward to enjoying the wine and reliving our wonderful memories.

My wife and I were vacationing around Lake Tahoe and spent a day in Truckee. She saw this quaint jewelry shop on the main drag and wanted to go in; after talking to Aaron for about 30 minutes, I became the customer!! Aaron is passionate about creating and crafting custom jewelry for each individual person; what speaks to YOU, what do YOU like, how do YOU prefer it to fit and feel. He spent weeks making adjustments to the design before I decided it was exactly what I wanted. They custom made my new wedding band and once I received it, it hasn’t come off my finger. If I find myself in need of a piece of jewelry, Bluestone is certainly going to be my FIRST and I’m sure the last stop I’ll be making!!

My husband and I had the privilege of working with Bluestone (Truckee location) on our custom wedding bands for our recent wedding. The process couldn't have been smoother. Aaron is an absolute dream to work with and made the process easy and enjoyable. We received so many compliments on our rings during the wedding. Not only does the store have some amazing jewelry, but everyone working there makes you feel like you're a longtime friend. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.

I brought in a blue topaz and diamond ring to have it resized. After waiting a number of weeks with delay in getting it back, the topaz was returned damaged and a replacement stone was inserted. The stone was not of the same quality as the original stone, so they worked with me until a satisfactory stone was located. I wouldn't trust my jewelry to them in the future.

My husband and I just happened upon this wine tasting room during our first trip to Truckee. Aaron is very knowledgable about all the wines in his tasting room. The wines are from Amador County and are from small production wineries. The tasting room is tucked in the back of the jewelry store. Aaron spent a lot of time with us during our visit telling us about the wines and the wine makers. We will defiantly put this on our list to visit again.
