Time say close at 6pm but associate locked door at 5. Had I known after I called the place, I would never had bot Just changed from 1 to 4 star. Associate helped me out anyway.

The only competent agent at this location is Lynda. I don't know how Hertz is still in business or why their agents don't receive adequate training. Won't be renting from them ever again!
