General Supply began as an idea of Michael and Stanley Patys. In 1947, the two brothers started the company to supply industrial hardware and supplies to New Bedford businesses. Our commitment to excellence, reliability, and customer satisfaction has positioned us as a trusted partner for businesses seeking premium metal products and superior service. Some of our services include suppliers of steel, aluminum and stainless steel. We also provide plasma cutting, flame cutting, and water jet cutting. Custom designs are available, we can cut any pattern that you may have. We do custom signs, and we have thousands of types of hardware.
