This was my first experience at a Korean spa and I must say it was just amazing from start to finish I was fully impressed with the kind greet at the front desk by Jon and the amazing Scrub (Gold package I highly recommend ) my lady PAC was so thorough and made sure I left with an addiction to this place. I will be coming back and with friends. The food afterwards was just delicious and I couldn't be happier. 5 Stars just wrent enough !!!

If they treated all people with respect and didnt pick and choose who deserves to be...it would be really nice. It's usually safe for LGBTI people in minority owned businesses. It feels quiet and friendly here, but it is a fascade. You are not welcomed or wanted. Dont listen to anything they say on the phone. Permission means nothing. Even having gone without issues before means nothing. They do not care why you are coming...Maybe if you buy additonal services, you'll be welcomed. If you insist on going anyway, buy 1 pass at a time, dont tip extra, don't buy additonal passes, and look out for the guy behind the desk. The other staff were friendly, atlesst. There are numerous reviews about them not doing refunds, so be careful.There may be hope coming. Despite the current climate, recent court decisions have ruled against barring transwomen from Korean spas. FL laws for LGBTI people arent great but Tampa has anti discrimination policies that include sex, orientation, and identity...so maybe in the next few years, it will be accessible to everyone.

I went twice and both at the end of the day. I booked their gold package scrub. I did my required soak and waited an extra 15-20 minutes for my scrub and it never happened. I tried to get a refund and I was told they cannot give refunds but they will leave a message for the owner/manager and they will have them call me. The owner is from Korea and was not told this but discovered later. I left and the manager never called nor tried to call after multiple call backs from me reminding that I never got a call back. I was afraid I would not get my money back and I returned on my last night of work because that was all the time I had available and was was not going to hassle with them to try to get a refund and really wanted the experience. I was made to pay the $33 again and then I finally got my gold scrub package that I had paid for 60 minutes. After closing time since I had arrived late and my scrub was still going the scrub lady sticks something in my face that she says I have to sign for extra 30 minutes and I thought this was because it was after closing time and she had to finish my scrub and had to get paid her overtime, no explanation given and none I would be able to understand if she tried. It was nothing I could read without my glasses nor understand as she was Korean and didn’t speak good English at all. I felt the scrub was taking unusually long and I made mention of this and was told next time come earlier and enjoy. Well it turns out the little piece of paper I was made to feel I had to sign, they actually upgraded me from 60 to 90 minutes and I ended up paying an additional $71. Overall this scrub experience ended up costing over $300. This is absolutely ridiculous to say the least. This was almost as if the girl at the front desk was getting her revenge for me giving her a hard time and calling every day to try to get my money back. This was almost $200 I did not want to hassle with the credit card company to try to get back and they had me sign after paying and there is a sign there underneath a whole bunch of crap almost purposely so that you are not fully informed that says “no refunds”…and a whole lot of other stuff that you cannot read until they show you once you complain. This shop has unscrupulous business practices and will violate your consumer rights. They deserve their license revoked. On top of this, in the wet area where you have to go fully nude, there was an incident. I was ok with the nudity and did not see anything concerning the first time. However, the 2nd time I went, there were only two other men and one of them was masturbating. This is completely unsanitary place as you don’t know what wet liquids you may be stepping on because you are also not allowed to use any type of footwear. Additionally the place is not very clean and could use a refresh. My advice is don’t, just don’t. Save yourself the money and go to a more reputable place that won’t try to screw you over.

I go here few times a month. It’s refreshing to get away from everything and just relax. The food is amazing and fresh, both cooks are so talented. This place feels like 1970 and it adds to the charm. Employees treat you like family. The guys side is private, allowing total nudity and that adds to the relaxing aspect of it. You get to shower nude, hot tub and steam room nude and this makes for an amazing free feeling that makes this place unique. Love the resting rooms too where you can nap as long as needed!!$30 and you get lockers and towels.You can beat this place for a day of relaxation!

The facilities are outdated. Outside building is deplorable, so it’s not inviting. The lobby is a mess and the receptionist appearance is the same. It looks clean and never have had problems with that; but really, if there were other nicer place I would prefer it.
