The 2ghouls (girls) were super, very knowledgable, and introduced my wife and I to an experience we will always remember. The investigation prooved very fruitful and extremely unique. I have always been skeptical but wow. I'm now left with the choice of beleiving the experience, or beleiving in a lot of consecutive coincidenses that were very real. Either way, it was a lot of fun. Great job ladies.

My husband, brother in law, sister in law and myself went to the old jail paranormal investigation in St. Augustine Florida and had an ok time. I've been on other investigations in other haunted cities in the south, and I wasn't as impressed with this one as I was the others. Being that this was the first time we had ever been to St. Augustine I would have liked to have known about some of the history beforehand. I'm a firm believer in the paranormal but it just seemed a bit odd that the only people getting any kind of response were the guides. The staff were friendly and funny at times so that's a plus. I think the groups had too many people in them. They'd have a group upstairs investigating at the same time as a group downstairs, if you're listening for a response how do you know it was legit? If you'd ask for a spirit to knock or make a sound you can't be sure of what you're hearing, it may quite possibly be from the group on another level. If you're asking for a verbal response on a digital voice recorder, with a group that large, how do you know if the recorder didn't just pick up someone in the group whispering to the person next to them? I know people need to make a living but I've paid much less to go on an investigation with the professional ghost hunter Patrick Burns. He had a smaller group and it was much better. For some things, if you're doing things for the love of what you're doing, it's not all about the money. Like I said if you're just looking for entertainment and not a true investigation then this is okay, however if I'm going to spend what I spent I expect a true investigation not just entertainment.

We came all the way from Vancouver, Canada, to enjoy St. Augustine and this paranormal tour was something we were particularly excited about. While we enjoyed the tour, the lack of response from 2ghouls afterwards left a bad impression. I left a msg on their FB page asking where I could send them photos for review. They said to send it to their FB account. I sent the photos February 1 and never heard back. I left a message on their FB page on February 12 stating I hadn't heard back from them regarding what I sent. I never received a reply, either in a private message, or on their FB page. I see they have posted many times and responded to others since my posts. This was very disappointing. I went from feeling excited about the experience to feeling like they too our money and didn't care about their customers beyond that. The photos were likely nothing...but I valued their opinions as 'experts' in the field.

Tina and Brandy did a fantastic job on the Old Jail Investigation we had a lot of experiences and will definitely attend again.

Definitely worth the money, we had an incredible experience. We will be doing this again next time :).
