tripadvisorG.A.C. Fitness is one of the best facilities I have experienced as a former competing drug-free powerlifter (130+ meets over a 22 year span) and a contract engineer who has lived/worked in 15 different states and twice as many cities. They have a great selection of top-of-the-line equipment (Cybex) in both strength training machines and power racks for free-weight use. There is no shortage of available cardiovascular exercise equipment, even during peak hours. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly; the owner has a professional sports coach background! Overall, G.A.C. fitness is a gem of an exercise and sports training facility.
MoreGreat gym with everything you need to succeed!! Childcare is super clean and such friendly staff throughout.
MoreI gave this place two marking because it is very very clean and new! However that’s the only good thing... I signed up for personal training and my trainer didn’t show up. I waited over fifteen minutes early in the morning with no call to the gym. Long story short they collected Payment prior to the session; luckily I only paid for one session and not the whole. So far the refund has been avoided by offering me a “make up session” which I’ve declined since my time has already been wasted- and now so has my money. I’ve given up on getting a refund but a word of advise- never pay for training service BEFORE your service especially there.
MoreI love this gym. It has a friendly atmosphere every time you walk in. I love the classes! The gym is clean and equipment stays up to date. I use the childcare too and it's great!
MoreSadly the owner was very hostile and accusatory when it was pointed out to them that they had charged me 2 months in a row for a contract I did not sign up for. I purchased individual training sessions for my son, not a contract. She admitted the problem was known and said ‘ I know exactly what happened’. I then had to ask her what it was that happened and that is when she told me it was because their employees entered it in incorrectly. That she had now fixed it. I should have been taken care of the month prior and they should have let me know why it happened. I do NOT trust a company like this. Blaming the customer for the error is unacceptable.
