We could not be more thrilled with Carol and her crew, we love our house. She really knows her stuff! We wish we had the money to build 20 more houses for our whole family.

This owner Carol will not deliver what she promises she will add on phantom charges and ultimately steal money from you in long run. Carol is the owner of CRM modular and she ruined our dream...

If I could give no stars I would. Carol was my landlord. Absolutely devious person. Doesn't keep up with property nor does she care. Horrible experience.

Met with Carol April 18 2018 and everything sounded great. Then no follow-up at all.. Months went by without receiving a quote.. and each time I checked in to see if she put some numbers together...

Very professional contractor who helped my husband and I build our home. Carol helped us chose plans and alter them to what fit us best. She also gave us some new ideas that we definitely didn't...
