Angelo's Civita Farnese Italian Restaurant ·$$

Angelo's is a third generation Italian family restaurant that's been serving patrons on Federal Hill since 1924. It has a casual dining environment of booths and counters, but the food is hearty, satisfying Italian and American at very low prices. Their pastas are popular and their meat dishes are good, too. They also offer a full bar. Since they do not take reservations, you will want to get to Angelo's early for dinner to beat the crowds at this popular eatery. Cash only.

Service was very friendly, as were all the other customers. It wasn't loud, just a classic Italian American eatery. It was our first time, so they gave us some free samples of the Eggplant Parm...

What a deal! Usually restaurant week in RI just means new items are available and the prices stay high, but at Angelo's they're having dishes for way less. I got chicken parm for only $10! And it...
