It was well situated everyone was friendly and willing to help and a great location would visit again if we are in the area

I've always been a sucker for independent book stores, and this one didn't disappoint! Beautiful, thoughtful window displays, knowledgeable and cheerful staff, what more can you ask? Long life to them!

Very good bookstore with a excellent used book assortment (good values). My wife found cute book related clothing for nephews. Support independent bookstores.

I hadn't been here for a while, and it was nice to browse the current best sellers. I like their section on regional books, especially Portland.

I revisited this bookstore recently and it doesn't look much different than my previous visit, but I appreciate that they have a great selection of newly-issued bestsellers, some literary t-shirts, used and thus more affordable books, a travel section with an emphasis on Maine, and several calendars, games, and puzzles. There's not much atmosphere or 'coziness' like some independently-owned or antique bookstores, but it's interesting.
