The holiday window display got my attention, especially the vintage edition of the book A Child's Christmas in Wales' by Dylan Thomas, one of my favorites. I love this book store and am waiting for a cold, overcast day to spend a few more hours in it.

You could spend days in here -- there are so many old books in so many categories, in narrow aisles and in nooks and corners. There are also a few unusual antiques scattered throughout the store. Check out the website; any further description that I could give wouldn't do this store justice.

My husband and I found this wonderful bookshop and I fell in love. Not only was there an amazing selection of books of and for all ages, but the ambiance and decor added interest and intrigue. It was simply marvelous to look at all the different books, which were thoughtfully organized. I could have spent hours browsing and shopping, with the subtle old book smell, creaky floors, and what I imagined to be tendrils of spirits flitting about! A definitely must see for any book lover.
