We came here to drive through the Winter Fantasia light show, and were entertained primarily because we didn't have any expectations. This isn't exactly a fancy, high-budget lights show, and for $15/car, I wondered where all the money went, especially since some of the exhibits were far apart (or at least, I thought there'd be more of them). However, I do think that it was a pretty decent activity to do in late December during a pandemic - we didn't need to leave the car, and once we got through the tickets checkpoint, we were able to drive at a relatively leisurely pace and enjoy the lights. I know that previous people said that not all of the lights were working, but everything seemed to be in fine order when we went.

Its in the worst section of Hartford, ticket takers scanner didnt work...he wanted me to read numbers to him, not covid free. Lights were disgusting...from 1990s..come on people..you want us to donate money then give us a display that awes us...this was substandard..

This would've been nice had ALL the lights been working and were closer together. Since half the lights were out, there was too many dark patches. Go to Forest Park in Springfield, MA instead as that's just a 30 minute drive from Hartford and the displays actually light up.

I love Goodwin Park for walks on an every day basis, nature enjoyment, bird watching, exercise, golf etc... what I don't like/love: The disrespectful males that get out of their vehicles to urinate in Public!!! while joggers going by. C'mon!!! there are children playing in bicycles, joggers, walkers. this is insane! Open the gazebo bathrooms! please! or put some portable toilets for the area between gazebo and pond area. no need to wait for a rape victim case or a missing child because of these disgusting predators urinating in public.

Oh man! This was hilariously bad! Every other display was missing tons of lights - the best part was my whole family making fun of the place as we drove through... If you’ve ever watched mystery science theater 3000 - It was like that only with a god awful Christmas light display! Please PLEASE do not spend money on this trash.
