Frustrating stay. My room didn't have a phone to call the front desk to tell them I had no soap or towels in my room. Had to leave the 4th floor to go to front desk to get them. The bath fixtures were loose and coming off the wall and room was old.I was there 3 mornings and no matter what time I was there 7:00, 7:45 and 8:30 there were no eggs or meat, no butter for toast and no pastries. They were empty.All day long the housekeepers put the lock open on the rooms they were working on. They let the doors slam constantly as they went in and out for hours. I was on a conference call and they thought I was in a construction area from all the banging. The day I was checking out (which is 11:00) housekeeping banged on my door at 9:30 and woke me up. I had the do not disturb on the door! I asked what she wanted and she said you leaving today? WHAT? I still had 90 minutes! Absolutely one of the worst hotels

I read the reviews even as recent as June 26 before I went and was worried. Turns out they must have performed renovations. I was generally pleased. The Breakfast was good- included scrambled eggs, sausage, pastry, yogurt, bread, fruits, cereal and make your own waffles. Juice didn't work. Pool was open. Key was fine, no weird smells except an occasional pothead. Friendly but cautious staff. Room appearance large & nice-hell-5 pillows on a king size bed. No shampoo, proper towels except no wash cloths. Good micro, fridge & coffee maker. Locally convenient. Had difficulty finding driveway through a restaurant parking lot to get to it. Great experience.

Went to spend the night for a friend's birthday and we had a good time. I was a bit worried given all the terrible reviews but despite all that the room was clean and the building didn't smell of weed. The key card worked no problem, wifi worked well, beds/pillows were nice and comfy, the lights worked no problem, the mini fridge worked very well and the staff were nice, however the TV had no signal on any channel except for a singular news channel and the pool that was listed as open on their website was actually closed for health reasons. The sign on the door said that it had been closed in April 2025, meaning that they don't care enough to fix the problems and reopen it. So between the pool and tv problems it was a little disappointing but as I said the room was clean and we had a good time. Though I will also mention that other reviews I read stated that only one of two elevators worked during their stays and it was the same while I and my friends were there. Some of those reviews pertaining to elevator issues were from months and months ago, meaning that they still haven't done anything to fix that either. In addition to that, the elevator was very tiny, you could comfortably fit maybe four people inside depending on the people. Aside from all that though the stay was decent, that might partially be because we only stayed for one night but I could be wrong. Anyways, hope this helps.

STAY AWAY!!!! Buttons in elevator missing. Out of all the towels in our room, there was not a single clean towel. The face cloth had large holes and looked like something you would keep under your kitchen sink for cleaning. We laid out all the towels and found dried blood, and dirty. When I asked the manager for clean towels, he that was a housekeeping issue but did not give me towels. The rugs were filthy. Place smells moldy. There were mattresses leaning against the building. The food was not fresh.
