I'm a long time Eileen Fisher customer and have spent thousands over the years. I tried to return a defective shirt - dye washed out in a spot in the middle. I was told they couldn't take it back and I would have to call customer service. I called them and was told to send a photo, which I did, and was then told to send it back at my expense and that maybe, after 6 weeks or so, I might get a refund. I kept emailing about this but just got more emails asking to rate their customer service. I will not be buying anything from them again and will tell all my friends not to either.

I have contacted customer service a number of time by email and have received no reply. Do NOT ever buy anything from this website which I think is in Canada.
MoreWas the best in history. Online, Eileen now has tossed her business to the dumbing down and save money experts that we see ubiquitously. Forget customer service. No more return labels.( Many customers do not have QR codes, printers.) NO longer can you buy on the phone, details in sight in your shopping bag. Shopping Bag items must first disappear while you make a purchase from memory. Expect a total loss from the no customer service goons circling down quickly.

But it’s well worth trying on the options. Each piece is timeless. Fortunately, I’m a linen girl and bought a bunch of knits from this store.All the staff were so helpful. Some stock wasn’t available so they referred me to their Soho store and boom! Got exactly what I wanted. Thank you to everyone in the team for all their assistance.
MoreEileen Fisher customer service exists of: saying “I’m sorry”; asking “what do you want me to do?”; and basically sticking their finger on your eye. Sounds like Eileen needs to meet with her staff before every last customer vows not to return.
