Sushi Yasuda Sushi Restaurant ·$$$$

The area surrounding Grand Central Terminal has long been a restaurant wasteland, but this sleek, elegant sushi restaurant has gone a long way towards changing that. This restaurant is headed by Michelin star Chef Mitsuru Tamura and is one of the finest sushi restaurants in the city. Locals and commuters flock here for the large selection of fresh, innovative sushi and sashimi dishes, as well as some other tried-and-true Japanese classics. The spicy tuna rolls are just that - very spicy, very fresh. There is a relaxing ambiance, elegant and immaculate but minimalist. Sushi Yasuda serves top-quality fish that melts in the mouth but be warned - you will really enjoy the privilege.
