Absolutely a joke of a business. They consistently cancel orders left right and centre, total lack of communication or basic consideration for their customers. Avoid. Give your business to other bookstores who actually value their customers, there are plenty out there, just not Rizzoli.

It used to be one of the most comforting and great places for the books, atmosphere, personnel. The place you wanted to come to and stay and come out with these beautiful books. However, it’s not any more. The management’s policies and atmosphere are changed to the worst. I love the place and I hope it will change?

Beautiful book store that’s a must visit for any book lover. As soon as you enter, you can feel time slow and you’re immediately relaxed. The decor and displays were beautiful and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

BEWARE they sold me a Dolly Parton autopen for hundreds of dollars and never even had the decency to reply to my messages. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

New York still struggles but I was so glad to see that Rizzoli’s was up and running. The bookstore has books sectioned by interests which is very helpful. There is an entire section dedicated to wine, for example. Inside the store also services as a respite from the usual chaos called Manhattan and even more so with Covid. While much of my work is digital there was something pleasant about flipping through paper if not comforting.
