Just OK. I thought it would be much more special than it actually is. Bought a couple of items. Strange experience with salesclerk working the front desk. I asked for a paper receipt and the employee smirked, and threw it at me across the counter. Not one employee offered to help me find what I was looking for. Didn't matter; the store didn't have the book anyway. Manager needs to train employees on customer service.

Absolutely a joke of a business. They consistently cancel orders left right and centre, total lack of communication or basic consideration for their customers. Avoid. Give your business to other bookstores who actually value their customers, there are plenty out there, just not Rizzoli.

It used to be one of the most comforting and great places for the books, atmosphere, personnel. The place you wanted to come to and stay and come out with these beautiful books. However, it’s not any more. The management’s policies and atmosphere are changed to the worst. I love the place and I hope it will change?

Beautiful book store that’s a must visit for any book lover. As soon as you enter, you can feel time slow and you’re immediately relaxed. The decor and displays were beautiful and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
