tripadvisorSend out a show cancellation notice earlier than two hours before the show. There were other reservations I made that provided notice a day before the event. There was a steady flow of people expecting a show.
MoreThis is a smaller Broadway theater without much of the plaster adornments or vintage lighting. The aisles are not steep, as in some. The pitch between the seats and the width of the sests are reasonable for a person like me (shorter and wider than the average person). I was in row M in the right orchestra. I had a great view of the stage except for a bit of the left because of the person in the next row. Sound was better than most. I like the smaller stage. Staff were all friendly and accommodating. An accessible restroom is next to the bar on ground level. The only drawback is possibly the small size of the lobby. It is tiny compared to most.
MoreWe saw Shucked here (5 stars!) and the theater itself is a nice venue. The people who work here are efficient and the views from most seats are quite good, especially from the balcony. The main reason for the removal of a star is that the seats could really use a touch up on the cushions. I did have to readjust a bunch to keep getting comfortable. Otherwise, a top-notch Broadway theater.
MoreWhile an older venue with unimpressive intermission options, the play is the thing. We saw The Who's Tommy and everything in our view was perfect. Seats were comfortable and no obstruction to our viewing the play.
MoreSaw Shucked here and had an amazing experience! Sat in mezz quite fat back but could see pretty much everything. There was a big group of teenagers behind us who had absolutely no theatre etiquette and were very loud but that’s not the venues fault.
