Buyer beware: if you are considering buying balcony seats for “Maybe Happy Ending”, then keep reading. This was one of the worst Broadway experiences we’ve had. We went to see “Maybe Happy Ending” and purchased Balcony seats which were tagged as unobstructed. We paid a bit more because we were excited for the show.Unfortunately our seats turned out to be SIGNIFICANTLY OBSTRUCTED. In fact the entirety balcony was like this. The lower half of the entire set was obstructed for everyone in the balcony section. So we ended up missing many of the key moments of the show. When I informed Belasco Theater about this, they had this to say: “The production has not designated these locations as ‘partial view’…Since your tickets were scanned in, and you viewed the performance we cannot offer you any form of recompense.”Belasco is refusing to do anything because we scanned our tickets already. But in order to see that the seats were significantly obstructed, we had to scan our tickets to get in. You see the faulty logic they get you with?We walked away feeling like we just got scammed by Belasco theater and that we fell for their predatory ticket sales practices. Since they knew these seats were significantly instructed and sold them anyways, I’ll be notifying BBB.

Absolutely stunning. My favorite theatre on Broadway because of the size and interior.

Believe the rumors. Lots of obstructed views here. Some railing, some angles. Some back of the heads

Nice theater. 3 levels. Beware the front row of the mezzanine and balcony have a railing that may obstruct view for shorter people. The second row, IMHO, seems better. Compact. Seemed most seats were good.

My wife got fantastic second row center balcony seats for Maybe Happy Ending, the most original, clever, touching and outstandingly performed new Broadway show in a decade. The theater staff were efficient and professional, the theater was clean and comfy , and perfect for the many ,many creative set designs and techniques used to present the show. There is no intermission, so we got drinks before we sat down and the the bartender was friendly, efficient and funny.
