We had 2 rooms from 05-07/26 —-05/11/26 . We requested room service twice and never received it! Went to the front desk twice to complain but no one is never there.This has to be the worse experience that I have ever had. You would think for $1160 I could have had my bed made up, at least.

Our family stayed at the Navy Lodge NY this past weekend while dropping our daughter off after winter break, and it exceeded every expectation. While we usually stay closer to her school, we chose the Lodge for its affordability, but we were so impressed that we now plan to stay here for every future visit.​The staff and fellow guests made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was perfectly located, featuring a mini-kitchenette and windows that actually open for fresh air, a rare find! The amenities offer unbeatable value, including free parking (a lifesaver in NYC) and a great continental breakfast with a DIY waffle station.​The location is great just a short trip to the ferry and highly convenient to the subway for sightseeing. To top it all off, the views of the ocean and the city skyline on base are absolutely stunning. If you're looking for a comfortable, budget-friendly, stay on Staten Island, this is it.

When visiting New York I usually stay at Navy Lodging Ft. Wadsworth. For the last 27 years. I understand normal wear and tear. But you can see the hotel needs a facelift. Might I also state an exterminator. Where the breakfast is served we watched bugs crawling around. As I looked up you could clearly see dead bugs in the light fixtures. This definitely is a health hazard.

The Navy Lodge provides a home-away-from-home experience, offering comfort and convenience. The staff at this location is professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. I have stayed here more than four times, and each visit has been enjoyable. It is conveniently situated near the highway, the Staten Island Ferry, and boasts a beautiful view of the Verrazano Bridge. Since we travel with our dogs, the fact that it is a pet-friendly lodging is an added bonus. Thank you, Staten Island Navy Lodge, for making our stay comfortable and welcoming!

I travel a LOT for a living, and the staff here are by far the friendliest, most helpful, thoughtful and considerate people. Loved the experience! Special shout out to Samintra and all the housekeeping staff!The room was clean, comfortable and well kept. Overall a great experience and value.
