I'm so glad I was able to work with Carolyn to set up guest and wedding party transportation for my wedding last week. She was so helpful throughout the process, proactively helped me visualize how the day would go, and offered helpful suggestions based on her experience with weddings. She was able to establish trust and rapport within the first phone call and I immediately knew I hired the right company and was in good hands after chatting with her. I felt that their focus really was on me as a customer and what my needs were, not on maximizing their profit, which really put me at ease. Everything went very well on the wedding day - some of my wedding party wound up being late, and the drivers expertly worked around that so my day was not impacted at all. I highly recommend this company for any travel for special events! After working with them I would never use another company for events on Staten Island.

I cannot say enough positive comments about this company. Carolyn was great to work with to setup our shuttles and she was very informative as the ride dates approached. The drivers were super nice and did a great job of picking us up on time and getting us to where we needed to be. Great service!

Everytime we've used Beckett, they've been on time, courteous, and capable. We've priced out other options and found them to be less expensive than black car services. They also beat Uber prices some of the time.
