WH conducts classes and events in spiritual exploration, creative arts, health, wellness and the environment. We have extensive yoga and movement classes and conduct Yoga Teacher Training. Some of our events include Jazz and Classical music presentations and Laughter for the Soul " (comedy night). In-house Practitioners in various modalities can be seen year round by appointment. We conduct our own retreats and welcome others since we can sleep up to 34 European retreat style (bathrooms down hall) WH is on 5 organic acres on the waters of the Long Island Sound. Members can enjoy a 7 circuit Labyrinth and a Meditation Garden. Several weddings and outside events are conducted at Wainwright annually.
