The Westchester County Center has been around for decades. This is where local High School teams play for the regional championships and other awards. This venue also is the home to many seasonal events and dozens of trade shows during the year. Hobbyists also enjoy the many theamed shows such as the Train Show, Card and collectable shows etc. heck thay even have an annual reptile Show! Other entertainment includes smaller circuses and plays. There is an anual Christmas Show too. Several larger High Schools and Small Colleges hold graduation ceremonies here and it can get very busy at times. The space itself is nothing spectacular but it serves its purpose well. There is plenty of parking directly across the street and ther are a few good restaurants in walking distance but make a reservation on special occassions as the large crowds can make getting a table on a special day difficult.

The Harlem Globe Trotter show I would rate of five, having it at the Westchester Center I would rate at three. The parking is a nightmare. It took us 50 minutes to get out of the parking lot because of the traffic light at the exit. If you do go there make sure you park at the very back of the lot close to the exit for the Northern Bronx Expressway so you don’t have to exit at the light

Good exhibitions and entertainment close to home. Parking lots are walking distance and there are good places to eat nearby. We saw the Doobie Brothers in our backyard. Almost all the seating is decent as the venue is relatively small. The sound system is good. Hope they bring more great talent here.

This was our first trip to Westchester County Center. It is located ~1 hour from our CT home. Several restaurants in the area. There is both paid and free event parking. Safe location. Our seats were listed as 'Riser Seating.' They were located in back of the sound/lighting technicians. Not as raised as we would have preferred. However, we had no problem seeing the stage or performers. Food and drink available before and during the concert. Friendly staff. Great concert (Doobie Brothers)! Definitely will return to Westchester County Center for future events!

This is my first concert here and I was amazed. The Doobie brothers and j Giles lead Peter Wolf sounded magnificent with the speaker system they have. The space is used for sports as well and with capacity of 5000 there should be more concerts.
