My daughters and I reserved a car in order to tour the Christmas lights in Dyker Heights (Brooklyn). Our driver (Miguel) was prompt to pick us up at our hotel and very professional throughout the night. He gave us some tips on houses to look for and took a picture of our group at one of the stops. He was flexible with the time we wanted to spend walking the neighborhood and never seemed to be in a rush. It was a great evening that we will never forget!

We had a great time on our limo city tour. The ride was clean and comfortable, the driver was knowledgeable, and it was a fun experience.

The driver was supposed to drop off passengers at the Port Authority 42th stop, but instead he stopped somewhere many blocks away from the designated stop and empty the entire bus.

My family (30 passengers) enjoyed a private tour of NYC utilizing a Silver Star Transport Coach the day before Thanksgiving. Our driver, Dawn, was OUTSTANDING! This woman knows the city and how to navigate it. She added as much joy to our tour as did our outstanding tour guide, Marta. The service provided by Silver Star was great. The ease of booking a coach was great. We were so satisfied on Wednesday that we booked a transport from out Midtown hotel to Laguardia Airport on Saturday morning. Thank you, Silver Star!

Perfect ride! The car met us on time in White Plains for a smooth drive to JFK to catch our flight back to the west coast. Our driver, Bilal, was polite, helpful with a pile of luggage, and skillful in traffic. Highly recommended.
