He ruined my shoes. When I asked how come he thought this is a good job, he said this is all I could do. I'm shocked.

Thread on re-sole not match cobbler's sole he put on.

Asked if they could slightly shorten the heel. They said yes. Got them back with the silk destroyed- frayed, dirty, glue spots.

These were NEW. Had only worn them indoors. Once. Glue stains, destroyed silk, and the heel was applied unevenly.
