Let me start by saying it wasn't too bad. It was cheap and the sheets were clean, the bed was comfortable, but the rest eh? We were only staying overnight so it was passable. With a little extra effort this place could be improved. There was dust on the lamps and luggage rack that hadn't been cleaned in a while. There was thick dust all along the baseboards in the room, the computer chair to sit on looked like something out of the trash. Then there was the bathroom (fairly clean) toilet could use a lit more scrubbing, the shower curtain was not changed it has spots on it and it was wet from previous use. Like I said it was passable but with a little more attention could be nicer!

The good: - They were expecting us - The room was ready - The beds were made - The room had been cleaned - The mattress was comfortable enough - The shower had hot waterThe bad:- The parking lot had puddles 20 ft across and several inches deep from recent rains. There was some non-puddle parking left, but not much.- There was a vehicle in the parking lot with four flat tires. Slashed? Abandoned? Who knows.- The office and my room smelled like stale cigarette smoke. This was non-smoking room. - The shower curtain was very mildewed. Pretty much all over the bottom 12 inches of the curtain where it touched the tub. At my house, it would have been thrown out months before it got that bad. - The bathroom had been recently painted, but extremely poorly. There were point drips several inches long inside the shower, on the toilet, and on the floor. There was a bit of painters tape still stuck to the back of the sink. Frankly I'm surprised they used it, the painters left a half inch of the old color on the wall all around the sink. - As I got in bed, I noticed a 6 inch dark reddish brown stain on the sheets. I moved over to avoid it. - As I got further into bed, my big toe went though a rip in the bottom sheet. - My neighbors on one side were up playing music and talking until 1 AM. Not super loudly, but I could hear most of their conversation and it kept me up. - My neighbors on the other side got up at 6 AM and started talking. At one point one got locked out of their room and knocked loudly on their door for the other person to let them in.

Pros: Convenient and quiet location and set back from the road, comfortable bed, clean room, good service... Cons: One thin blanket/no extras, thin walls, no deadbolt on the door...a tad spooky for me

The web-site says, 350.00 weekly. We were put in a SMOKING room when I, personally, explained that my wife and I were non-smokers. The room was, ABSOLUTELY, FILTHY!!! The HVAC unit was clogged, so bad, with dust and debris that it collected up on the higher walls. The bathroom vent was clogged with filth and the room smelled like a dead animal. Section 8 housing in disguise and they charged me over $500.00. I have tons of, graphic, pictures.

Staff is very kind and helpful, rooms are clean and simple and always has fresh linens on demand. It's by far anything fancy but it has what you need (mini fridge, t.v, air conditioning, heat, shower/tub, and sufficient lighting. Great place to stay if your looking for affordable without sacrificing comfort and cleanliness.
