I've been going to Dr Swicker for over 30 yrs and must say he's one of the most caring and efficient doctors in the area.My only negative would be is sometimes it's very hard to get an appointment...

Don't bother. You'll end up dealing with a PA who talks down to you and makes summary decisions without bothering to understand your personal history.
