Gross hotel do not stay there this hotel should be shut down. They lie about everything and the rooms are gross moldy and yukie

Absolutely disgusting, unsafe, and unsanitary. No face plate on the electrical cover, My 8-month-old could have killed herself. Rubber mats on the stairway are loose and are a trip hazard. Initial room we were given smelled like urine. Second room we were replaced with; sheets, had stains on them and were matted like there was a hole that was repaired. Felt dirty. Didn't feel safe staying there with my baby.

Room was renovated, front desk staff was friendly, room service was good. There was breakfast but scantily available. He offered me bagel and the other day, I chose cereals. Parking is plentiful. Overall, I was satisfied with the appearance and service of this hotel.

I was very pleasantly surprised at how clean and quiet this place is. I usually stay at more expensive places but almost everything in Albany was sold out that weekend so I took a chance. The entire place looks like it's been recently painted (an interesting color, too!) and smelled clean and fresh, no ants/spiders/bugs anywhere. The grounds were neat and safe and quiet - no trash or hoodlums hanging around, no loud guests/parties.I had a jacuzzi room on the ground floor, right next to the lobby and facing the parking lot, so I was a little worried when I checked in that it would be noisy with people coming and going but I didn't hear a thing! The jacuzzi tub was clean and it worked, although the jets weren't very powerful. I can't say anything good or bad about breakfast because I slept too late. I will warn coffee lovers that there is not a coffee maker in the room and it is only available in the lobby during breakfast hours.Mini-fridge, microwave and hair dryer in my room all worked well. The room décor is not the most modern style, but that didn't bother me a bit - everything was clean!Last but certainly not least, all of the staff were very pleasant and helpful - Thank you for a lovely visit! I would definitely stay here again!

Dont stay here place should be taken down . The staff was great but need to be remove and a place to stay at. Sink did let the water go down smell so bad was only in the room very short time.
