A.I.R has been intergrating mental and physical fitness for over 18 years. Starting in 1995, we wanted to introduce rock-climbing into the public domain, and it took off BIG! Here at A.I.R we have found a balance of encouraging new climbers while maintaining challenges for the experienced ones. Our broad range of challenges, from beginner to advance, will keep you interested, intrigued and involved. A.I.R has over 6,000 square feet of climbing surfaces and more than 40 anchored top ropes! So the best way to Describe the Caves is hours of exploring the hidden treasures. You can find our 60 foot Zip line,cross the Tyrolean traverse, hang out in the cargo net, find the para-scope, and maybe get a little lost. Climbing or Bouldering, there are plenty of routes to try, and space to get creative. The limit to how you can climb is your imagination.

My personal favorite was the rock climbing but my friends really enjoyed the caving. The caving is also really really fun and I highly recommend going there.
